At (FDOOR), we are keen to ensure the quality of our products, and since our products are intended for personal use, a number of conditions have been set as follows:

Refund and Return Policy Instructions:

We do not provide cash refund.
We provide a product exchange service IN NE CASE ONLY: If here is any defect in the manufacturing of the product, evaluation and approval by us, our company will bear the cost of delivering the returning the product to and from the customer.
The product cannot be returned during the offers and discounts period, except in the case mentioned in point (2), and we will not accept any refunds.
If the product replacement is approved, it shuld be returned to the original shipping country/location, which is the United Arab Emirates/Dubai.
If the product replacement is approved, the returned product must be in its original unused condition, with all product elements and any related parts and manuals attached.
The returned product will not be accepted if it is incomplete, damaged, changed or used, and if this is proven, the product will be returned to the customer, and the delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At (Fdoor), we are keen to ensure the quality of our products, and since our products are intended for personal use, returning perfumes and other products is not an applicable policy, unless there is an unintended or observed error during production.

If the customer purchases our Oud products only, one gram only of the product can be used and return the rest of the quantity. In very rare cases, we allow the entire quantity to be returned after evaluating the situation by us.

Refund and return policy instructions:

- Purchases MUST BE returned from the original shipping country.

- Returns are accepted ONLY if there is any manufacturing defect in the product.

- Returned products MUST BE in their original, unused condition with all product components and any relevant product parts and manuals included.

- Returns that are incomplete, damaged, altered or used WILL NOT be accepted and, if proven, WILL BE returned to the customer.

- Refunds ARE NOT applicable if the above conditions are met.

- ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS.
